Prof. Ralph Heinsohn is Professor of Audiovisual Media and Academic Director of the Media Centre at Aalen University. As Creative Director of the Science Dome and Head of Media Production, he contributed to the development of experimenta Heilbronn, Germany’s largest science centre. He has worked as a designer and producer of award-winning fulldome shows and as a curator of immersive media. Heinsohn founded and directed the 360° and immersive-media section of the Nordic Film Days Lübeck and has since supported the Sternkammer Lübeck, the world’s oldest school planetarium, founded in 1931. His work focuses on the strategic development of immersive and interactive media in business, culture, education and science communication.
